Product Description

These mushrooms are naturally grown on oak trees in Meghalaya and sun dried for preservation.

Preparation:

  • You need to soak the dried mushroom in warm water for atleast 30 mins.
  • Cut off the tip of the stem since the tip is tough.
  • To cook better you can split the mushroom in half through the stem.

Dishes:

  1. Mushroom Fried with potato.
  2. Mushroom soup
  3. Mushroom curry
