These mushrooms are naturally grown on oak trees in Meghalaya and sun dried for preservation.
Preparation:
- You need to soak the dried mushroom in warm water for atleast 30 mins.
- Cut off the tip of the stem since the tip is tough.
- To cook better you can split the mushroom in half through the stem.
